By accessing our website, requesting any service, accepting a quotation, making a payment, or communicating with our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all creative, marketing, branding, advertising, production, photography, media, consultation, and digital services provided by BULFUZQ.
Services
BULFUZQ provides a variety of professional services including: • Branding & Visual Identity • Graphic Design • Digital Marketing • Advertising Campaigns • Photography & Videography • Commercial Production • Social Media Management • Marketing Consultation • Content Creation • Website & Digital Solutions The scope of work for every project is defined in the approved quotation or agreement.
Project Approval
By approving a quotation or making any payment, the client agrees that: • The project scope has been reviewed and approved. • Pricing has been accepted. • Project timelines have been acknowledged. • Requested deliverables are clearly understood. • Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Payments
• Project work begins only after receiving the agreed advance payment. • Installments must be paid according to the approved payment schedule. • Delayed payments may delay project delivery. • Banking fees, taxes, customs duties, and payment gateway charges remain the client's responsibility. • Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project Timeline
• Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed. • Delays caused by late client feedback, missing information, or approval delays extend the project schedule. • BULFUZQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or external circumstances.
Responsibilities & Liability
Clients acknowledge that: • Marketing performance cannot be guaranteed. • Sales, engagement, and advertising results depend on multiple external factors. • BULFUZQ is not responsible for platform policy violations caused by client content. • Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Confidentiality
• Client information remains confidential. • Files and project details are never shared without authorization unless required by law. • Confidential information may only be accessed by authorized project staff.
Intellectual Property
• All concepts, drafts, source files, and creative assets remain the property of BULFUZQ unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Final approved deliverables are transferred according to the signed agreement. • BULFUZQ may showcase completed work within its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. • Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
Changes & Termination
• BULFUZQ may suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met. • Projects may be cancelled due to abuse, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms. • Any requested project modifications outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
