Membership & Registration.
Members agree to the following: • Membership applications are subject to review and approval. • BUL Racing Team reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion. • Membership becomes active only after successful payment confirmation. • Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. • Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation. • Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.
Events & Participation
By participating in BUL Racing Team activities, members agree that: • Participation may require additional approvals or signed waivers. • Safety instructions issued by organizers must always be followed. • Participants are responsible for their own conduct. • BUL Racing Team may deny participation or remove any participant violating event rules. • The Team is not responsible for damages caused by participants' negligence or rule violations.
Payments & Subscription
• Membership fees must be paid in advance. • Some services may require additional payments. • Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless cancelled. • Failure to complete payment may suspend membership benefits. • Banking fees, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility. • All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Platform Usage
Users agree not to: • Violate any applicable law. • Upload offensive or illegal content. • Attempt unauthorized access. • Misuse the platform or partner services. • Use another person's account. • Damage the reputation of BUL Racing Team. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.
Partner Services
BUL Racing Team connects members with approved partner businesses. Products and services offered by partners remain the sole responsibility of the respective provider. BUL Racing Team does not guarantee partner products or services except where required by applicable law.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only to provide our services, process memberships, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. Information will never be sold or shared except when legally required or necessary to complete requested services.
Limitation of Liability
BUL Racing Team shall not be liable for: • Technical failures. • Internet interruptions. • Banking or payment gateway issues. • Delays caused by third-party providers. • Government actions. • Force majeure events. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing Law
